Stefan Bischof UX User Research

Hi!

I‘m Stefan, a senior user researcher and UX designer with roots in human factors,
cognitive ergonomics and automotive engineering.
With 10 years of experience in the field of user research, usability and UX, I have developed a comprehensive view on analyzing and designing the intersection between humans and technology.

In my approach to address user needs, meet business goals and considering technical feasibility,
I identify the relevant context of use, specify requirements, and test prototypes iteratively.
Based on qualitative and quantitative methods, I gain attitudinal and behavioural insights on what users think and on what they actually do, providing relevant strategies to address holistic user needs.
I evaluate interactive systems to improve their quality in use, acceptance and usability.
My empathic design approach working with users, clients and colleagues creates relevant and engaging user experiences.

I enjoy supporting research teams, companies and start-ups in diverse industries with the user’s perspective.
